PAIN 2 PURPOSE

We've worked closely with Pain 2 Purpose and Lisa Fry for 1 year now and

it works perfectly fine for us. We have used their testing as a way to fund

travel and participation for qualifying Jr Olympicians. We are so grateful for

the love and support shown to us by Lisa Fry and Pain 2 Purpose and their

personal attention they showed to our sports program.

Pain 2 Purpose helped send the Swoop Time youth track and field team to

the 2023 USATF Junior Olympics in Eugene Oregon, and also the 2023

AAU Junior Olympics in Des Moines Iowa. We ended up fundraising in a

few short weeks over $5K and a great relationship with a new corporate

partner that is also bringing us other benefits.

Lisa Fry thank you so much for making my community a priority. It has

meant so much to all of the coaches, parents, staff, and the kids.

I've included some pictures of the coaches and kids at the 2023 Jr

Olympics. The team returned home with national rankings and had an

amazing time.

I will highly recommend Pain 2 Purpose to any Charity or Fundraisers

looking for quality people, and a quality service for their team.

To Whom It May Concern: 

It is with a great deal of privilege that I have been asked to write a letter expressing my appreciation for Pain 2 Purpose and Lisa Fry. I met Lisa Fry as a disgruntled parent but found that she had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve met. With the blessings Lisa has given us - we are making dreams a reality. Without Lisa Fry, our dreams of taking kids to colleges to play basketball, interesting them in universities, and getting them to be some of the first in their families to graduate from college would be a pipe dream. 

Prior to sorting out the issue with the high school, I inquired about getting Pain 2 Purpose’s services for my AAU program - North Sacramento Rebellious. We have a reputation in the community as a low-income, hard-working, respectful, and eager group of players. In the past, we would have to print jerseys for as cheap as possible and sometimes received judgment from other teams on the bloated AAU circuit. This belittled, embarrassed, and discouraged my players. We would have to practice outside in the summer heat because we could not afford gym time. However, through all of this, my players never quit. My players are always resilient, passionate, and goal-oriented - just like Lisa Fry. 

With the help of Lisa Fry and Pain 2 Purpose, my players did things they never thought were accomplishable. This summer we had players attend Prospect or High Potential camps at UC Riverside, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Sacramento State, and Cal State Eastbay. These are schools that many of my players would not have an opportunity to see without the help of Lisa Fry and her tremendous heart. Our players all had their last names and numbers on their jerseys that previously would have been made after I bought a bulk of reversible practice pennies and bought numbers from Wal-Mart that I would hot press onto the jerseys with no name with a hot iron. This year we awarded $6,000 to our former players who are pursuing their dreams at Sacramento State, Temple University, UC Davis, and American River College. These players have ambitions to become teachers, sports analysts, and nurses - but above all, they want to become contributing members of their communities and aim to elevate their families through education. 

I cannot give enough love and praise but I have to say, that Lisa Fry has the best heart I’ve ever known, her passion is relentless, and no one cares more than Lisa Fry. If you have any reservations about her, be direct and ask, her intentions are always in the right place.
